My mum said "Don't jump in those shoes, you'll break an ankle. Or both."
I said "Challenge accepted."
The weather was also challenging me.
As you can see in the first two photographs, I have this absolutely gorgeous jacket that when I woke up and it was sort of cold (60 degrees) I was SO excited to wear. Approximately ten seconds into shooting it, the sun made a not so surprise appearance and ruined the experience. I started melting.
My lovely new clutch made a very effective fan though. Stylish too. I've come to the realization that I absolutely love zig-zags. Maybe just because it's fun to say "zig-zag".
I HATED these shoes when we first bought them. They were black, and they were ugly. Then my mum got her hands on them, and voila, fabulous.
I wore this dress waaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day on this blog, when it really didn't fit, and I looked a bit like a rumpled girl scout from 1953. Today when watching Mad Men (best wardrobe inspiration tv show ever) I rediscovered it, and it's wonderful yellow-and-turquoise-ness.
Happy Easter to those who celebrate it!
To those who don't: try not to step on any eggs.
Speaking of eggs, I'm going to go dye a dozen neon pink.
The Bunny comes to ME for egg designs.

Justina
